We are a group of people from the Shenandoah Valley who share a common interest in dancing. We like to encourage everyone to enjoy dancing. The music at our monthly dances includes ballroom (e.g., Waltz and Fox Trot), as well as Latin and Swing. Our dancers range from those just getting started to dancers who have danced for years. You need not bring a dance partner; we have many dancers who enjoy dancing with different partners.
Our monthly dances are held at the Dayton Learning Center (Dayton, VA), and we dance in what used to be the gymnasium, which has a large wood floor. We have snacks and desserts, as well as soft drinks and water. Our dances are alcohol-free.
Our next monthly dance is Saturday, April 22nd at the Dayton Learning Center
The lesson is Foxtrot lesson taught by Phillip Fusaro. Come join us for a lesson at 7PM, and stay for the open dancing from 8-10PM.
